Aims of our communication:
- Making known the Institute’s objectives
To offer spiritual, theological, and pastoral ongoing formation to ordained ministers and candidates to the Holy Orders, inspired by the teaching of the Church’s Magisterium, in order to integrate doctrine and spirituality within the specific pastoral context of the priest.
Our priorities are: Ongoing priestly formation, the formation of seminary formators, research and publications about the formation, spirituality, and apostolic mission of priests, the promotion of priestly spirituality, and formation through the digital world.
- Promotion of the Institute’s activities
To reach its objectives, the Institute holds the following activities: courses and academic activities for ongoing formation in philosophy, theology and pastoral work for priests and formators, activities that foster spiritual growth, pastoral formation, and sensus Ecclesiae, publications, didactic resources and research groups on themes of priestly life, any other activities (specialized courses, conferences, conventions) in line with the nature and finality of the Institute, and the elaboration of didactic tools for the human and spiritual accompaniment of priests.
